Australia will extend its China travel ban as the coronavirus crisis deepens

2020/2/11 17:43:05
Australia will extend its China travel ban as the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, despite a heavy blow to the nation's tourism and education sectors.

Saturday will mark two weeks since Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced a temporary 14-day ban on foreign travelers who have left or passed through mainland China from arriving on our shores.

Health Minister Greg Hunt has warned the travel ban will likely be extended as the worldwide death toll surges towards 1000.
